Careers at FACTOR
Compensation and Benefits
FACTOR is a non-profit organization and offers compensation levels commensurate with the non-profit sector. We also offer an extended health benefits package, and a pension contribution package for qualifying employees.
Training and Development
FACTOR is committed to providing staff with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in their jobs and grow their careers. In addition to basic job training, FACTOR has an educational assistance program to assist employees in further developing their job-related skills.
